KMAT 2017

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT 2017) is the common entrance examination open for All India candidates. Candidates meeting eligibility of Karnataka KMAT 2017 can apply for admission to MBA/PGDM/MCA programme offered by 150+ B-Schools of Karnataka and Bangalore. It is the postgraduate level examination conducted by the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association. KMAT 2017 Application Form

The application form of KMAT 2017 will be accessible through online mode as well as offline mode. Students can apply for the KMAT 2017 in the first week of April, 2017. The application fee will be Rs. 700/-. The candidates applying through offline mode can download the application form from the official website of KMAT.

KMAT Eligibility Criteria

To appear KMAT 2017, candidates have to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility conditions:
  • For MBA/PGDM: It is mandatory for the candidates to hold a bachelor degree in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering/ Technology or equivalent. Qualifying examination must be passed with at least 50% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
  • For MCA: Aspirants must have bachelor degree passed with 50% marks and must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 or at graduation level.

KMAT Exam Pattern

KMAT 2017 is the paper pen based test that will be held in the last week of May, 2017 (tentatively). It contains 120 multiple choice questions divided into four sections. The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes. There is no sectional time limit in KMAT 2017. Candidates can switch from one section to another section easily. Each correct answer carries 4 marks and for every wrong answer, there is a deduction of one mark. The test structure of KMAT 2017 is as follows:

KMAT 2017 Admit Card

The registered candidates can download the KMAT 2017 admit card from KMAT official website in the third week of May, 2017 tentatively. To download the admit card, candidates have to enter the application number and date of birth at the prescribed spaces. Paste your passport size photographin the provided space after downloading the admit card. Along with admit card, it is necessary for the candidates to bring a valid ID proof at the examination hall.

KMAT 2017 Result

KMAT 2017 result will be announced by the officials in the second week of June, 2017 (tentatively). To check the result, candidate has to visit the official website of KMAT. Enter your application number and date of birth in the provided space to get the result/score card. Admission will be one on the basis of your performance and scores in the entrance examination.

Karnataka KMAT Admission

Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association will not conduct the separate counselling process. Candidates are required to apply separately for the participating institutions. After the announcement of result, participating institutions shortlist the students on the basis of entrance examination. Admission process may vary the institution to institution. Some of them further conduct group discussion and interview for admitting students.

ACET 2017

Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) is a statutory body that was established under the Actuaries Act 2006 for regulation of profession of Actuaries in India. ACET 2017 Registration

Candidates can register for the entrance exam through online mode from the official site. ACET 2017 Registration will be started for April 2017 from the 4th January 2017. Last date for registration will be the 28th February 2017. After filling the registration form, keep the printout of the ACET Online registration form for further reference.

Application Fee

The registration fee for the entrance test is Rs. 3000/-. The Fee is non-refundable. Candidates can pay the fee only through online process.

ACET 2017 Eligibility Norms

To appear the ACET entrance exam, candidates have to fulfill the given eligibility criteria:
  • Candidates have to qualify their 10+2 examination or equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects.
  • Candidates who already in education at higher levels and also those working and having qualifications in mathematical subjects, they can also appear for the entrance exam.
  • Graduate, Postgraduate, Engineering students, management students, chartered and cost accountants, company secretaries, degree holders in mathematical and statistical sciences etc, can also appear.
  • No Age bar and No Attempts limit.

ACET Exam Pattern 2017

ACET is a computer based exam that will be held on the 1st April 2017. The duration of the entrance test will be 3 hours. The exam will have 70 multiple choice type’s questions. The question paper will be of 100 marks. The questions of Section I will contain 55% of weightage and Section II will contain 45% of weightage. Section I comprises of Mathematics, Statistics and Data Interpretation and Section II consist of English and Logical Reasoning. There is a procedure of negative marking. ACET 2017 Hall Ticket

Candidates can get the ACET Hall Ticket 2017 via online from the official portal. The hall ticket for April Exam will be available from last week of March 2017. Candidates keep the hall ticket till the admission process is not over. Without the hall ticket, candidates will not allow to enter in the examination hall.

ACET 2017 Result

ACET Result 2017 will be declared online on the official website of the conducting authority. The result will be announced on 22nd April 2017. ACET Result will be valid only for three years from the result declaration date for taking student membership of IAI.

DU JAT 2017

DU JAT (Delhi University Joint Admission Test) is a university level entrance exam. DU Joint Admission Test 2017 is organized by the Delhi University. This exam is organized for providing admission into BMS / BBA (FIA) / B.A. (Honours) Business Economics programme. It is organized in the third week of June 2017. Exam Pattern

The exam pattern is given here:
  • Exam Mode: The DU JAT Exam will be held through offline mode (Pen-Paper Based).
  • Duration of Exam: The duration of the examination will be two hours.
  • No. of Questions: 100 questions will be asked in the exam.

Counselling

VMOU Admit Card 2017

Successfully registered candidates will be able to download the VMOU 2017 Admit Card via online mode through the website. The University only organizes centralized counselling for admission in its affiliated colleges & also for itself. PTU 2017 Admission/Application Form

The university will appoint as authority competent to conduct the centralized online counselling for academic session 2017-2018. The university conducts counselling for Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University, Punjab Agricultural University, Punjabi University and also for itself. No entrance exam or application form will be announced by the university. At the time of counselling, candidates can register themselves for the PTU 2017 admission by filling the online registration form & paying the fee from the official site. Candidates have to pay Rs. 2000 as counselling fee. The fee is non-refundable. Candidates can submit the fee by depositing cash at Bank after generating Challan online & through online mode.

Reservation

85% seats will be reserved for the candidates who belong to the Punjab state & 15% seats will be open to all those candidates belong to other states. All the rules and regulation regarding reservation are subject to government of Punjab.

PTU 2017 Counselling

To get admission in the university & its affiliated colleges, candidates have to fill an online registration form & pay the fee. Candidates can download the information brochure, process & schedule of counselling from the website. It may be available from the second week of may 2017. The PTU University conducted joint online counselling with representatives from all the other universities. If any candidate withdrawing from the programme within seven days of the end of the counselling, then the fee is refundable after deducting processing fee of not more than Rs.1000.
At the time of PTU 2017 Counselling procedure candidate first have to pay the counselling fee, then fill the online registration form. If any candidate will not attend the 1st counselling, they can participate in the 2nd round of counselling. If any seats will remain vacant after counselling or any drop out vacancy then the seats will be filled by the institutions on the criteria of admission under management quota.

Choice Filling

After successful registration, candidates have opted to fill their choice of programme & institution. Candidates can fill the branches or colleges choice in order of their preferences. Candidate can keep the print copy of the list of choices for future use. After the choice filling process is over, all filled choices of all the registered candidates will be considered for seat allotment. The seat will be allotted on the basis of merit list and category of the candidate.

PTU 2017 Result

On the date of PTU 2017 Result announcement, those candidates will get a seat will be informed by the SMS. Candidates can login to their account & check seat allotment from the official portal. Selected candidates must take the printout of the provisional allotment letter of the college / Branch.

PTU 2017 Admission

PTU 2017 admission will  be started after result declaration, the candidate are required to report their respective allotted college within the given time period. The admission for B.Tech (1st year) will be based on the JEE Main 2017. Candidates want admission in B.Tech (2nd year) through lateral entry they will be selected from the merit list of qualifying examination. B.Arch admission will be based on the valid NATA score.
