Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT 2017) is the common entrance examination open for All India candidates. It is the postgraduate level examination conducted by the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association. KMAT 2017 Application Form
The application form of KMAT 2017 will be accessible through online mode as well as offline mode. Students can apply for the KMAT 2017 in the first week of April, 2017. The application fee will be Rs. 700/-. The candidates applying through offline mode can download the application form from the official website of KMAT.
Online application fee can be paid through credit card, debit card, Net Banking, wallets and other type of online payment. Payment for offline application form can be done through demand draft prepared in the name of KMAT 2017 and payable at Bangalore. KMAT Eligibility Criteria
To appear KMAT 2017, candidates have to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility conditions:
- For MBA/PGDM: It is mandatory for the candidates to hold a bachelor degree in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering/ Technology or equivalent. Qualifying examination must be passed with at least 50% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
- For MCA: Aspirants must have bachelor degree passed with 50% marks and must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 or at graduation level.
KMAT Exam Pattern
KMAT 2017 is the paper pen based test that will be held in the last week of May, 2017 (tentatively). It contains 120 multiple choice questions divided into four sections. The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes. There is no sectional time limit in KMAT 2017. Candidates can switch from one section to another section easily. Each correct answer carries 4 marks and for every wrong answer, there is a deduction of one mark. The test structure of KMAT 2017 is as follows:

KMAT 2017 Admit Card
The registered candidates can download the KMAT 2017 admit card from KMAT official website in the third week of May, 2017 tentatively. To download the admit card, candidates have to enter the application number and date of birth at the prescribed spaces. Paste your passport size photographin the provided space after downloading the admit card. Along with admit card, it is necessary for the candidates to bring a valid ID proof at the examination hall.
KMAT 2017 Result
KMAT 2017 result will be announced by the officials in the second week of June, 2017 (tentatively). To check the result, candidate has to visit the official website of KMAT. Enter your application number and date of birth in the provided space to get the result/score card. Admission will be one on the basis of your performance and scores in the entrance examination.
Karnataka KMAT Admission
Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association will not conduct the separate counselling process. Candidates are required to apply separately for the participating institutions. After the announcement of result, participating institutions shortlist the students on the basis of entrance examination. Admission process may vary the institution to institution. Some of them further conduct group discussion and interview for admitting students.
